What meta tags do I really need to focus on when it comes to meta tag SEO?
Hmm. Here's a post to consider on Meta Tag Optimization. But it comes down to three or four - keyword (yes, they still matter), description (influences what shows in the SERP pages), page title and maybe the robots tag (just to be sure robots follow the content on your page).
